Curating and Climbing
With so much of what we are doing currently being behind closed doors and built to a point where websites can be launched and publicized heavily it is interesting to see how the market is changing, much of which is having an affect on what we have been planning long term. At the moment we have a huge amount of information saved and ready to be used for future projects with plans and goals that have been at the heart of The Lost Agency since inception.
Finding a New Space
At the moment the warm weather has really been a boost to the work and given a much needed boost to the energy around the Lost Agency, to the point where we are looking for a new space and location to shift and give us a more permanent home that will be split between office space and a shooting space for commercial work and of course, the art projects that are being built quietly in the background.
Brand Incubation
Delving into the concept and business modelling behind incubation has been really interesting, while the focus would be the internal, it is none the less something that is going to be a big part of the future of Lost Agency because it will allow us to expand into new areas of work while controlling the output and aesthetics we are building as the concept grows.
Opening Doors
Opening (metaphorical) doors is a strange process when you run a business of any kind, you spend time putting together a plan based on available information and work with that but with the option to expand should it be required once you move forward to the next phase or into the next room as the door opens.
Location Hunting
We are now on the hunt for location that fit the darker, more grungy style that our head of makeup and creative director JamesC has been building with his upcoming project site. While we have access to some amazing spots ranging from amphitheater like sections of forest park and the beach, we really want to find some semi derelict spaces that will be used as part of a wider concept that will later be included in film work.
A Road Less Travelled
The progress we are making is deliberately slow, the choice to take a road less travelled was something that may not make waves or give a huge push to notoriety, it is moving the way I wanted and allowing a greater sense of accomplishment to be play out.
