Opening (metaphorical) doors is a strange process when you run a business of any kind, you spend time putting together a plan based on available information and work with that but with the option to expand should it be required once you move forward to the next phase or into the next room as the door opens.

Something that has been at the front of my mind lately is how many options there are outside of the mainstream routes to develop projects and build something new, the potential to incubate and push in new directions is something that I do find myself working hard with and it is sometimes like walking an endless corridor of options that need to be narrowed down so the focus can be smaller and more curated.

Information and resources that have been curated with a set of end goals in mind has to now be fine tuned to fit what will be the final push toward what will be a series of incubator projects that will be central to the future of Lost Agency.

By incubating a set of small starter projects the goal is to have a commercial line and a set of marketing avenues that will be artistic in nature but have the added bonus of being part of a wider plan. This of course will include makeup artist JamesC who has been working to refine a brush line that will be used in shoots and with a view to building a creative portfolio that is integral to the lost concept.

Brand identity is something that has become a passion and the next blog will go through the thinking behind the name and identity we are creating with The Lost Concept overall.
