Delving into the concept and business modelling behind incubation has been really interesting, while the focus would be the internal, it is none the less something that is going to be a big part of the future of Lost Agency because it will allow us to expand into new areas of work while controlling the output and aesthetics we are building as the concept grows.

Brand incubation is an offshoot of business development programs that either invests in or has a ready made concept that is financed with either a brand identity or name attached which really is something that resonates with what is being done by The Lost. At the moment we have completely narrowed down and refined the concept to two main components with two additional smaller parts that will be part of the process and given autonomy to work with outside parties, more on this at a later date as we look deeper at branding and collaborations.

The two main elements of this we are focused on are the photographic project lead by JamesC and the development of a YouTube channel with market specific content. While these may seem to be niche market concepts, there is a purpose to it and that will be something we reveal at a later date but this will create more work for others and a brand base that will open up commercial doors which is where we are really excited to go.

Stay tuned for further updates and details.
